This Instagram Reel was created using CapCut and Canva to deliver an engaging, dynamic promotion of 100 Sutton’s vintage-style screening room.

 

The video captures the space’s most distinctive and desirable features, highlighting what makes it uniquely appealing to prospective clients.

Every element, from the video clips and on-screen text to the music, was intentionally selected to evoke the screening room’s signature atmosphere: cozy, cinematic, and vintage-inspired.

The goal of this Reel was to create a short, high-impact piece that not only promotes the space but also reflects past events, demonstrating the many ways the room can be activated. By using a fast-paced format, minimal text, and dynamic audio, the Reel is designed to hold attention and resonate more effectively with viewers than longer, text-heavy posts.
